"City Lord, what happened?"
Noticing Old Book's sudden change in expression, Leo Ray immediately inquired.
"Lord Brave, the Underground Fortress protecting Observation City is under attack by 'Corrosion'!"
Old Book waved his hand, and a large map materialized, showing the topography of Observation City.
From the map, one could see that near Observation City, there was another sizable fortress. The two formed a mutual defensive position, not far apart.
"There's no time to lose, let's set off for reinforcement. Please, Old City Lord, lead the way."
Without hesitation, Leo Ray stood up from his seat.
Leo Ray understood clearly that although the prompting voice did not specify the penalty for failing to defend the city, since there was a lone city awaiting support, the outcome was all too obvious.
Once the city was breached by 'Corrosion', our side would inevitably face the fate of destruction.
