If not for the negatron core acting in an opposite manner when it came to acceleration, serving as a counter-stabilizing force, the shockwaves would have been much more devastating than they were.
Forces around the world activated their shockwave negation or absorption, protecting their people. Amare managed to teleport out of the way of the attack, but the resulting shockwaves were so heavy that they stressed even her defenses.
