Rubbing at my hip and groaning softly, I sat up and immediately grimaced as I felt just how... lethargic, how stiff everything had become; it was weird because moving nowadays always felt so fluid and graceful, yet... well, I suppose things change when you're pregnant, don't they?
The curve of my belly and the weights attached to my torso simply ensured that I felt sluggish, and not being able to actually move around like I had before made me somewhat anxious and very, very concerned.
Being 'robbed' of something as basic as being able to sit up without groaning was weird after so long of near perfect control over myself, though as I rested a hand atop my stomach I had to admit that this was a worthy tradeoff for what was happening.
