Prison clan!
This is a Prison clan, obviously at the Chaos Turbulent Mountain, fleeing rapidly from another part of the mountain after encountering the Chaos of Void.
The Prison clan members obviously saw the Human clan people, but at this moment, they didn't bother to attack them and instead sped towards the front to escape.
That was Chaos of Void, even a True Immortal could possibly fall into it; in such a time, escaping the Chaos Turbulent Mountain's range was the priority.
Fortunately, the Void's fracture wasn't fast; everyone fled while staying ahead of the turbulence.
