What is war?
By definition, war is a state of intense armed conflict between nations, states, or groups, characterized by violence, aggression, and the organized use of military force. It involves large-scale, deliberate combat—often with declared hostilities—intended to achieve political, economic, or territorial goals.
Most of humanity today despises war and views it as something that must never happen again: a barbaric practice that brings only death and suffering.
Yet, despite how deeply humanity claims to hate "war," humans remain its greatest co-creators. Of course, war predates humanity—many animals wage it, especially ants, who fought long before humans ever walked this green Earth.
But that is beside the point. Humanity is war's most enthusiastic participant, its most passionate hater, and its most devoted admirer. Humans live and die through war. Every achievement of their civilization rests upon it.
