''No!'' Both Xiuying and Kai yelled.
Their quick response left everyone in the hall shocked. Including Kai's two cousins that were just at the door, entering the hall.
''No?'' Grandpa Ye asked.
''Eemm, grandpa, here is the thing… Xiuying is an actress and needs to have a clean image. We can't just come out and tell the world we are actually seeing each other. It is rather inconvenient.'' Kai said.
''That is true, Grandpa Ye. I have already lost a lot of deals because of this scandal. If we suddenly come out that we are seeing each other, people would think that it is a forced publicity stunt we are making.'' Xiuying added.
''Unless both of you are faking your relationship, I see nothing wrong with coming out that you are actually seeing each other. I think that it would be smart to take that path.'' Vincent said as he walked to the couch. He gave Xiuying a knowing look when their eyes met. Xiuying too seemed to know something. She clenched her fist tightly and looked away.
