At this moment, a circular wave exploded outward from Nyza's chest, washing over Jacob like a tide of embers. It wasn't a direct attack—it was erasure. The flame consumed energy, not flesh.
Jacob's defense flared under the onslaught of her strange law, starting to dim ever so slightly. Nonetheless, Jacob was solemn when he felt Nyza's strange flames begin to affect even his soul force.
His eyes flickered as he tried to analyze this mysterious law, 'What a strange flame... it doesn't aim to kill…it's like it wants to cleanse…to return everything to ash and start anew…'
However, Nyza was even more shocked when she saw that Jacob remained standing despite the onslaught of the Ashening Spiral. Furthermore, Jacob clearly was not taking her seriously and seemed to be 'comprehending' her way of Fire Law.
