Needless to say, the next few days were nothing but a massive celebration in the Liu villa. Though the actual function was still away, it didn't seem like the excitement in the air would die anytime soon. Jin had also decided to work from home to be with his niece.
A decision Alix understood but not necessarily appreciated. Because the more Jin stayed, the more he endlessly talked about her and the more he talked about her, the more she felt like meeting the little one just out of curiosity. But she couldn't. Yes, she did chat and play around with Ailun but his sister felt out of the boundary. At least for now. The sense of helplessness was agitating her and she only blamed Jin for that.
