Elara Don spent some time with her two sons after dinner, and then bid farewell to the Hawke Family.
The elderly couple from the Hawke Family looked reluctant to part.
"Charlie, Bea, Grandpa and Grandma will come to see you off to school in the morning."
Elder Hawthorne said.
The two young ones' eyes sparkled with excitement, but they still looked at Elara for her opinion.
Elara felt a bit guilty, "Elder Hawthorne, Madam Hawke, thank you for your effort."
Even though she felt guilty, she selfishly wanted to take the two kids back home with her.
"It's no bother. We are getting old and rarely have such opportunities to get out and about. See how the old man seems more spirited because he has something to do."
Madam Hawke said with a smile.
"Isn't that right? Life lies in movement."
Elder Hawthorne chimed in.
The two elders were really not pretentious at all.
Elara's fondness for them increased a bit more.
"Mom and Dad, we'll be on our way then."
