In the women's restroom, Elara Don received a call from her best friend, Leia Quinn.
On the phone, Leia mentioned she had returned to the country, and would help pick up Elara's son from school, and join them for dinner.
Elara was delighted and after hanging up, she called the kindergarten teacher to inform her that Leia would be picking up her son that evening.
This was great, with her best friend back, she wouldn't have to worry about who'd pick up her son if she had to work late.
With a smile on her face, Elara walked out of the restroom to find a little guy eagerly waiting outside.
Suddenly, her heart softened with a feeling of guilt.
"Charlie, I have to get busy, go and have dinner, okay?"
The little guy liked her so much, but she was destined to let him down.
"Hmm, I'm not hungry, I'll go with you."
Bea quickly held Elara's hand, gazing at her eagerly.
"Charlie..."
This kid, does he really have to cling to her like this?
