The program director came over and saw Little Taotie with her eyes wide open, adamantly refusing to remove her mask. It suddenly dawned on him, "My nephew also refuses to take off his mask because he lost a tooth."
Little Taotie was startled, tightly clutching her mask, her big eyes filled with bewilderment.
"It seems I guessed correctly."
Having been found out, Little Taotie had nothing left to hide.
She took off her mask.
But she still kept her lips tightly sealed, not revealing a gap.
"Let me see which tooth you've lost, I hope it's not a front tooth."
"I won't show." Little Taotie covered her mouth.
"It's okay, everyone must be curious. Open your mouth and let the camera take a look."
"I won't!"
Little Taotie turned and ran.
The little girl was so tiny as she ran through the woods; truly no one could catch up with her. She was nimble, deliberately choosing paths that were difficult for adults but easier for her small frame to navigate.
