"Our Universe is perfect in structure,
But it still has flaws."
"What flaws?"
Amaya asked.
"The biggest one?"
Nux glanced around the room and then—
"It still cannot support true individuals."
The women frowned at those words, several questions appearing in their heads, and Nux, who could sense all those questions, began explaining.
"Our Universe can now support life, yes. This is the reason that billions of beings who became part of our Universe because we devoured their worlds have not become incomplete entities, but full ones.
But supporting life and giving birth to new life are two separate matters."
Nux paused, letting his words sink in.
"The Primordial Energies support the Universe. They help it expand, exist and give birth to life, but all of this takes time.
Cosmic-level time.
The energies gather, worlds form, the worlds then form their wills, and that's when life sprouts.
And this takes a long, long time.
Our Universe, however, is different.
