Among them, could there be those with ulterior motives?
Could there be those who've been seduced by the Demon Sect, and thus, intend misdeeds?
Or are there outright members of the Demon Sect who have hidden their identities, infiltrated the city, and are fanning the flames everywhere, causing the entire Tianqu City to descend into chaos?
Ultimately giving the Demon Sect an opportunity to exploit!?
All of this needs to be considered.
