At around two in the afternoon, Lin Yi drove back to the apartment in Fenglin International.
He helped Xu Ying carry the things to the room, and then his part was done.
"Lin Bro, wait for me for a bit, I'll treat you to dinner tonight."
"It's just a small favor, no need for that, just help me find more tenants."
"We've already agreed, my friend is moving in tomorrow," Xu Ying said,
"But that's a separate issue, dinner's still on."
"Alright then."
It's just a meal, Lin Yi didn't think much of it.
He went back to his office, Jiang Wenhui was not around, she must have gone to collect rent.
Lin Yi was quite free, laying on the sofa playing games on his phone.
Around four o'clock, Jiang Wenhui returned.
"I went around once, collected from three households, many were not home during the day, I'll go again in the evening."
"Evening is non-working hours, focus on your own things, or I'd have to pay you overtime," Lin Yi said with a smile.
