Description: SCP-3288 designates a highly predatory species or subspecies of the genus Homo (Homo anthropophagus). SCP-3288 display a number of abnormal characteristics and behaviors that distinguish them from the baseline species.
These abnormalities are primarily the result of excessive inbreeding but without the increased chance for certain recessive or deleterious traits, especially those related to infertility, higher infant and child mortality, and loss of immune function. These detrimental traits have not been only negated but inversely amplified, resulting in longer lifespans, increased resistance to disease, and anomalously high levels of fertility
The Foundation became first aware of SCP-3288 when one Miss Narcissa B████ was almost kidnapped by one SCP-3288 but was saved by when the SCP-3288 was knocked out by unknow force in which Miss Narcissa B████ took the chance and ran away. A few minutes after Miss Narcissa B████ ran away an humanoid entity carrying what seems to be a Wand appear out of the Allyway and dragged SCP-3288 down the Sewer System using what seems to be Magic if the note left at the Habsburg Underground Vault location is indeed true then this entity can only be SCP-9176A "The Proffesor" Felix Harp
Our Foundation luckily we're able to interview Miss Narcissa B████ before the Authorities can.

Felix Harp said that he would take Regulus and Sirius as his Students and that he would be back for them and left... But when we read the Book we didn't saw anything so we thought he were joking... Can i please go now?"
A little search in the Sewer System and we found a Room where our Agent walk further and found out its related to the Habsburg probably related to SCP-3288 Our Agent's then found in the Ballroom is a note saying "Don't worry i will do you're job for you SCP Foundation - Felix Harp". Because of SCP-9176A's action we designated Sirius B████ and Regulus B████ as SCP-9176B-2 & 3"The Student" respectively. We also would rechange Miss Lily E████ as SCP-9176B-1.
We would send Agent's to monitor SCP-9176-B2 & SCP-9176B3 it they ever do anything anomalous we would immediately stop them.
Miss Narcissa B████ was given Amnestic after the Interview by the order of the 05 Council.
Close observation to SCP-9176B-1 2 & 3 is shown that they wear a Ring in their Index Finger the Ring having an H in the middle and 4 Animal's in the sides which seems to be a Lion a Snake Raven and a Badger, It is theorise that this Ring's are gift from SCP-9176-A.

Felix is seen in his Office reading Book's while occasionally sipping Tea.
Felix then remembered his 2 new Student's Last Name and thought of their Blond Haired Cousin.
Felix then spat out his Tea.
Felix: "Wait... Isn't that Girl Narcissa Malfoy?"

Anyways for them Felix Harp is an nice dude that's it that's why they aren't experimenting on his Student's it's called Quid Pro Quo, You scratch mine i stratch yours.
