The duke remains silent. Ronald is pissed that his father is not saying anything despite the information he just gave to him. But soon, Ronald finally noticed what was wrong with his father's reaction. The duke is so calm as if he is just listening to someone else's business.
"Father, you..."
Ronald swallows first before he continues.
"You already knew about it. You are aware of Clementine's true personality!"
The duke did not say anything. But his silence is enough for Ronald to answer his question. In his anger, Ronald's face is starting to morph in anger the longer he stares at his father.
"You know it! But you just let Clementine do these things to me! How can you be so cruel, father?!"
The duke stares intently at his oldest son. In just three days, Ronald already lost his demeanor as a young master from a noble house. He already lost his temper and becomes irritated and easy to provoke. His hunger and thirst are probably a part of the reason for his foul mood.
