North City.
―――North City Prison.
The man with yellow hair sat in the interrogation chair, his hands tightly cuffed, completely unable to move.
The already skinny man had become emaciated over the days, his brow bones even more pronounced.
Having committed such heinous crimes, he was naturally treated differently from the other prisoners, and coupled with his addiction to smoking, he seemed devoid of spirit.
He stared directly at the blinding light, facing the interrogating officer, Lee, showing no intention of speaking.
After a long standoff, Lee had no choice but to leave, stepping out of the prison gates, watching sparrows fly in the blue, blue sky.
The contrast with the prison was stark.
This failure did not dampen Lee's spirits. Although it was not visible on his face, he was clearly in a relaxed state.
He stood at the gate for a long time before picking up the phone and calling Captain Raymond.
