In the evening, Nancy Sutton saw off Liam Quincy, took a shower in the bathroom, and came out while drying her damp hair, spotting the two little ones still watching TV.
She frowned instinctively.
Nancy Sutton walked a few steps forward, turned off the TV, and called out to Mason Sutton and Bianca Sutton.
"It's already very late, you should go to sleep."
Mason Sutton and Bianca Sutton obediently nodded, then stood up and returned to their respective bedrooms.
Only then did Nancy Sutton contently look away, picked up the hairdryer, and started drying her hair. By the time it was almost dry, she yawned tiredly.
After turning off the wall lamp in the living room, she returned to her bedroom, lay on the bed, covered herself with the quilt, and soon drifted off to sleep.
Tonight, Nancy Sutton had a dream that she was in an amusement park, holding hands with Mason Sutton and Bianca Sutton on either side.
