That night, I waited for Manager Lara to come back, but she didn't return. Then, I had a meeting with the members.
I had everyone hide inside the Gregor Mansion; an uneasy feeling made me do it. I wouldn't let them outside until Manager Lara was back. That included the two monsters in the mansion as well.
The next morning,
After daylight became visible, the customers started coming. Seeing that the shop was closed, they waited in line.
Time passed.
The customers noticed that no one came outside to open the gate. The lights in the house were off, as if no one was inside the shop.
They didn't dare break into the house. Finally, they concluded that the shop was closed and started leaving the place.
One after another, the customers did the same. They, too, saw that the lights were off.
They didn't know what had happened to the shop owner, Frank. Perhaps there was some other important work, so the shop remained closed. It didn't take long for everyone to leave.
