"That trash has caused a huge problem for us. Killing him was not enough; we should have tortured him," an old man said angrily.
The old man was none other than the owner of the Tulip Auction House. His name was Roderick. He was also a Supreme Wizard and a member of the Flame Elemental Magic Tower.
The auction house was owned by him and several other families, with the Flame Elemental Tower serving as their backup. Their business had been running smoothly for all these years.
But one of the members had ruined everything. Cedric had used an outer-species venom for an experiment, but the venom killed the people nearby and the surrounding neighborhood in a flash.
Later, he was caught by them, but the public anger was hard to ignore. If they didn't act, it would piss off the higher-ups of the Mage Union. If the Union took action, they wouldn't spare anyone.
