It's odd.
The demon I fought did not feel like a demon at all. Rather, it didn't feel like anything at all.
If anything, it felt like I was fighting a puppet.
A soulless moving lump of flesh it was.
"You can put me down, I can run on the water on my own."
"Save your strength and magic. My wings are faster anyway."
Currently as Red, I am carrying Linalyn on my arms as I fly through the storm while tracing the seemingly endless chain floating on the water.
Before I split up with my other self, I made sure to dive into the water to hide my identity. So now, it only seems that I was a summoned demon to the outsiders while Rose was the summoner.
"I'm flying quite fast and my magic is keeping me warm, but is it too much for you?"
"I-I'm alright. Your body temperature is enough to keep me warm somehow."
Though she tries to hide it, I can still feel her embarrassment in saying it.
"Lord Red, why are you tracing this chain? This shouldn't be part of our mission."
