Vivian Lindsey sneered, "It seems you and Skyler Jones still haven't made any progress... At least there's someone as unfortunate as I am!"
Christine Quinn said coldly, "Answer me!!"
Vivian continued to smile, "Miss Quinn, your temper doesn't seem very good. You've come all this way to ask me, yet you speak to me in this tone?"
Despite her dislike for Vivian, Christine had to force herself to calm down and said gently, "Please tell me."
Vivian nodded, "I can tell you, but I have a demand."
Christine furrowed her brows.
Vivian quickly dispelled Christine's worries, "Rest assured, my only demand is that you answer a question for me in return."
After hesitating, Christine nodded, "Okay... Tell me quickly, did Skyler Jones threaten you back then?"
Vivian finally replied, "That's right, if Skyler Jones hadn't threatened me back then, your fate would have been like your mother's."
"Did he really forbid you from harming me?" Christine seemed unable to believe this answer.
