Renowned Garden.
Gem Atkinson is admitting his mistakes, trying to keep his wife from leaving.
Forsythia Brown is packing her suitcase angrily, saying, "What do you mean, can't joke around? Ha, as if you've never joked with anyone before?"
"Who have I joked with? I've never joked like that with anyone. I've never called anyone 'brother, sister,' like that." Gem says as he takes out the clothes that his wife stuffed into the suitcase, one by one.
Forsythia hits his hands angrily, not allowing him to touch her clothes, and glares at him, saying, "Don't make yourself sound so innocent. You haven't thought about how you got those three National First-Class Military Medals back then."
Those three National First-Class Military Medals are not only Gem's honors but also the great honor of Atkinson Manor. Now, upon being mentioned by his wife, Gem snorts, "Those three medals were earned with my blood and sweat, and have nothing to do with 'brother, sister' or anything like that."
