"Monica, h-have you been drinking?" Kelan asked, picking up one of the bottles.
"Sigh… I had no choice, Kelan. I'm lonely and depressed. After all these years, Jacob just left me like that—without thinking about how we started. Where do I even begin again?" Monica suddenly broke into tears.
'Damn, Jacob really screwed up this time. He shouldn't have dumped her no matter what,' Kelan thought as he stood from his seat and sat beside Monica.

Monica suddenly hugged Kelan, burying her face into his chest and sniffing softly.
'What's she doing? At this rate, I won't be able to hold back,' Kelan gulped, already fearing what might unfold. Things only got worse when Monica started clutching his clothes, her fingers digging slightly into his skin.
