Chapter 116: Shigaraki TomuraAuthor: Geraint
While Eraserhead and Ichika were taking down the group of villains, another black portal opened. A slim man with pale skin stepped out, flanked by two Nomus. His face was marked by deep wrinkles, especially around his eyes, and his messy grayish-blue hair fell unevenly over his shoulders, partially covering his face. His eyes and mouth were obscured by an embalmed hand worn like a mask.
"He's here," Eraserhead muttered.
Ichika turned to face the young man and smiled.
"Shigaraki Tomura. Or should I say... Big Brother?"
Tomura's expression twisted in fury.
"Captain Falcon! You say you're All Might's son, but you're really my master's true child!"
"Isn't this a twist of fate? You, the grandson of a famous hero, turned villain. And I, the real son of a villain boss, became a hero."
"So, you know my true identity."
"Of course. I'm that man's child, after all."
One of the Nomus stepped forward. Tall and lean, its arms elongated unnaturally.
"Well, I have a surprise for you."
"A Nomu? What kind of quirk does it have to beat me?"
Ichika took a fighting stance—but suddenly his eyes widened as something struck his face.
Bam!
He was thrown back, crashing into a tree.
"Falcon!" Eraserhead shouted, kicking a villain and rushing to help.
Ichika quickly stood, wiping blood from his lips, and grinned.
"Interesting."
He removed the density weights from his arms and legs.
Boom!
Concrete shattered under the force, revealing the heavy devices.
"I won't win if I keep these on."
He stretched, raising his guard and focusing on the slim Nomu.
Swoosh!
He narrowly dodged the Nomu's whip-like arm.
"I see…"
The Nomu swung its long arms, unleashing a barrage of whip strikes.
Ichika tried to block them all, but the assault gradually overwhelmed him.
"What's wrong? Is this the fearsome Captain Falcon? Villains feared you once, but now you're just a shell of your former self. You and All Might will die here!" Tomura taunted.
Ichika suddenly opened his guard, catching both Nomu's arms.
"Huh?"
Tomura was shocked.
Ichika called out to Eraserhead:
"I'll pay for all the damage from here on. Move away!"
"What?! Don't tell me—"
Ichika crouched and slammed his right fist into the ground.
"Captain Falcon!!!"
Boom!
Flames and lightning erupted, transforming him into a muscular young man wearing a helmet and flight suit.
Eraserhead froze, stunned by the sight of the man once feared and hunted—the former most wanted villain. The difference? He looked younger, bulkier but youthful.
"That's—!"
The surrounding villains cowered, terror-stricken.
"Hie! It's Captain Falcon!"
"Wasn't he unable to transform before?!"
"He's coming!"
Flames shaped like a falcon burst behind Ichika as he leapt high over the Nomu.
"Hahaha! Who said I was washed up, Falcon?"
Eraserhead quickly backed away.
Ichika unleashed his most powerful punch.
"PUNCH!!!"
The falcon-shaped flame descended, engulfing the Nomu and crashing down with a massive shockwave. The ground trembled, the building shook, and a crater formed.
The other Nomu grabbed Tomura, shielding him with its massive body.
"Damn it!"
Ka-Boooom!
Laughter echoed.
"Hahaha! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
Villains lay unconscious around the crater, some groveling with burns.
Destruction surrounded them.
When Ichika landed, Eraserhead complained.
"You overdid it, Falcon!"
"Don't worry—I told you I'd pay for all damages. My real quirk is being rich, after all! Hahaha!"
The Nomu in the crater was thoroughly destroyed.
Ichika looked for Tomura and the last Nomu.
"Oh, there you are."
He smiled at Tomura, who struggled up, covered in dirt, protected by his Nomu.
"Damn it! Why won't things go as planned?! Is it because he's the master's son? He even destroyed the Nomu that was supposed to counter his ability!"
"That Nomu is useless once I touch it with my right arm. No matter its powers, it's nothing against me."
Ichika charged and swung his fist.
Bam!
Peeeeeww!
The Nomu blocked with its body, pushed back but unharmed.
"So it's shock absorption—perfect against All Might's strength. You came prepared, but unfortunately—"
<
Peeeeeww!
Ichika vanished, reappearing behind the Nomu with a rapid combo of strikes.
The Nomu collapsed.
"It can absorb the first strike, but not the next—thanks to my nullification ability."
Ichika grabbed Tomura by the neck and lifted him.
"Uuuuugh!"
"I'll end this before you cause more damage."
Tomura struggled, activating his quirk—but it was useless.
"Damn you!"
Ichika jumped, flames blazing from his right hand, dragging Tomura up.
"Goodbye, Big Brother. Falcon!"
He slammed Tomura down, carving a deep hole.
"Throw!!!"
Tomura spat blood as a black fog enveloped him before swallowing him into the depths.
"Not again, but not on my watch!"
Ichika dove after him—when the huge Nomu grabbed him from behind.
"Hey!"
"Grrrr…"
They fell together.
Ichika smiled and transformed back to his real form, escaping the Nomu's grip.
Poof!
He appeared behind the Nomu and kicked it into the black fog, crushing it alongside Tomura. Both vanished into the portal.
Landing, Ichika stood calm.
Eraserhead stared—Ichika's form had changed. He looked like a small elementary school kid instead of a high schooler. He wore an oversized white shirt.
His cheek twitched, frustrated.
"This drawback is ridiculous. I have to stay like this for two hours or more. I can be Captain Falcon again, but at what cost!"
Bam!
Suddenly, the entrance burst open—All Might appeared, anger blazing in his eyes.
"I AM HERE!!"
The two noticed him.
"You're late, Slowpoke!" Ichika retorted.
"What?!"
All Might stared at the younger-looking Ichika.
"Ichika?"
"Yeah, it's me."
After a moment of silence, All Might disappeared and reappeared right before him.
"Huh? What are you trying to do, Dad?"
Ichika felt uneasy as All Might lifted him up like a small child.
"Hey! I'm in high school! Stop treating me like a kid!"
"Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
"Stop it!"
Soon after, other Pro Heroes arrived, defeating the remaining villains. All students were safe, villains arrested and sent to Tartarus. Class 1-A was shocked to see Ichika in his tiny form.
