Hey everyone,
Yesterday I told you that I survived a serious car accident, a real near-death experience. I didn't go into details then, but I did share the most important part: I made it out alive, thank God.
What I didn't mention is that my car was completely wrecked and can't be used anymore… and with it, I also lost my source of income. Right now, I'm going through a really rough patch, life's been hard, and I'm struggling financially. Still, the one thing that keeps me going is my love for writing. That passion hasn't faded, and it never will.
I'm sharing this because I could really use your help to get through this difficult time. If you want to support me, joining my Patreon or Ko-fi would mean a lot for me. Honestly, I don't have anyone else but you guys.
Thanks for all your kind words and enjoy the chapter.

Marineford:
"Sigh~ It's true that the Fish-Man race has suffered a lot of oppression from humans."
Sengoku looked at Jinbe, who had just started talking about the reason for everything that had happened.
"Most of their suffering was caused by Roger, who started the Great Pirate Era. They should be grateful for the justice of the Marines who confront pirates for them!"
Sakazuki slammed the table, pointing out the Marines' role in warding off evil from them as well.
"So how can that scoundrel Jinbe give all the credit to a pirate?"
This is what made Sakazuki slam the table in anger.
"I see... Did such great figures as these two emerge from the Fish-Man race?"
Kuzan's eyes lit up as he read what Jinbe said.

"THE MAN WHO FREED OUR KIND FROM THAT TERROR… WAS NONE OTHER THAN THE LATE WHITEBEARD…!!!"
After talking for a long time about the suffering his race specifically endured, Jinbe announced the name of the person who stopped the pirates' rampage on the island due to the Great Pirate Era.
("FROM NOW ON… THIS ISLAND IS MY TERRITORY!!!")
Whitebeard said it clearly.
"AND SO PEACE RETURNED TO OUR ISLAND." Jinbe continued.
"BUT THE HATRED THAT THE HUMANS FELT TOWARDS OUR KIND LIVED ON…!!"
"YOU ALL MUST HAVE WITNESSED THE TRUTH FOR YOURSELVES ON THE SABAODY ARCHIPELAGO."
"IT IS A SAD TRUTH THAT THE GREATER THE AUTHORITY A PERSON POSSESSES, THE MORE HE TENDS TO FEAR CHANGE."
"AND SO IT WAS THAT THE CLOSER ONE LOOKED TO THE CENTRAL SPHERES OF GOVERNMENT, WHO HELD SWAY OVER HUMAN-FISHMAN RELATIONS…"
"…THE DEEPER-SET WERE THE DISCRIMINATORY PREJUDICES THAT COULD BE FOUND AMONG THEM…!!"
"IT WAS IN THE MIDST OF THIS SEEMINGLY HOPELESS SITUATION THAT TWO INDIVIDUALS ROSE UP, AND MADE THEIR VALIANT ATTEMPTS…"
"…TO CHANGE THE COURSE OF HISTORY…"
Jinbe paused for a moment. Two people appeared in his memory; he held great respect for these two deceased individuals.
"ONE… WAS QUEEN OTOHIME."
"SHE PREACHED AT LENGTH TO HER SUBJECTS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF LIVING IN HARMONY WITH HUMANS. AS YOU KNOW, SHE WAS PRINCESS SHIRAHOSHI'S MOTHER."
Then he sighed sadly; "AND THE OTHER INDIVIDUAL… WAS FISHER TIGER, THE HERO OF SLAVES."
"HE, FOR HIS PART, RESOLVED THAT FISHMEN AND HUMANS SHOULD GO THEIR SEPARATE WAYS. AND SO, BREAKING A GREAT TABOO…"
"…HE MOUNTED A LONE ASSAULT UPON THE HOLY LAND OF MARIGOA, FREEING THE SLAVES HELD CAPTIVE THERE…!!"
"THINGY TIGER…!?" Luffy felt as if he had heard that name somewhere. "I'VE HEARD THAT NAME SOMEWHERE…"
"FOLLOWING THIS GREAT FEAT, HE GATHERED THE FORMER FISHMAN SLAVES…" Jinbe continued.
"…AND FORMED A GROUP KNOWN AS THE "SUN PIRATES"…!!!"
"BOTH I AND ARLONG, AS WELL AS HACHI…"
"…WERE ONCE MEMBERS OF THAT PIRATE CREW…!!"

"I wonder what these two really did to be so highly regarded by Jinbe...?"
"Queen Otohime and the pirate Fisher Tiger..."
"A queen and a pirate... but what Fisher Tiger did is truly heinous... climbing the Red Line with his bare hands, freeing the slaves there... My God, how terrifying..."
Even Borsalino felt admiration for such a character.
"I really want to see him..." Zephyr's eyes lit up, not hiding his admiration either.
"Oh, as expected, it seems a flashback is about to begin..."
At this moment, Tsuru stared at the muscular red-skinned Fish-Man, her gaze filled with intense curiosity.
"Is this Fisher Tiger?"
...
No matter how much one regrets, one cannot undo one's mistakes.
Indeed, regret can be considered an antibiotic for guilt; it can heal a person, but it is impossible to heal the mistake that has already been made.
In Baterilla, Roger was feeling this regret at the moment as he read the manga...
Wasn't his infamous 'counterpart' the one who caused the Great Pirate Era? And he saw with his own eyes the consequences of doing so.
"Sigh~ But according to the circumstances, I now know that my counterpart had no other choice... The Great Pirate Era, no matter how great its hardship and harm, must happen... Fortunately for me, there's Rob in this world."
"I don't have to start the Great Pirate Era to overthrow the World Government."
Roger felt sorry for his counterpart who died knowing that because of him, many innocent people would die in order to inspire many people to go to sea.
That Whitebeard would be the savior did not bother Roger at all; on the contrary, he happily accepted it.
Whitebeard's presence was undoubtedly a guarantee for Roger in the manga. If the chaos caused by the Great Pirate Era exceeded limits, the strongest man in the world would intervene to correct the course.
"It seems that's what actually happened on Fish-Man Island."
Roger said as he looked at the manga page.
"Unfortunately, there is no Rob in the manga world." Rayleigh also sighed.
"A world without Rob, huh? In the end, Luffy might be the savior in such a world..." Shanks smiled.
Since his counterpart gave him the precious hat that Captain Roger gave him, he must have found his ideal in Luffy.
The man who would change the world is the one who deserves to wear this hat... This is what Roger told Shanks when he gave him his hat.
He himself was like a 'deliverman'; his role was to keep the hat temporarily until Luffy appeared.
This did not bother Shanks at all; on the contrary, it made him happy.
"Well, what do we have here? A flashback?"
"Oh, the captain of the Sun Pirates is Fisher Tiger?"
"Sun Pirates, a pirate crew made of slaves, huh? It seems they are pirates seeking freedom... This is their legitimate right."
"In this world, the sun truly symbolizes freedom... So Fisher Tiger is one of the brave liberation warriors, huh?"
Roger felt a great desire to get to know this man's character through the flashback.
The founder of the Sun Pirates, Fisher Tiger.
"Let's see then, how much respect do you deserve?"
