Some demon cultivators, after acquiring a few demonic cultivation techniques, begin their cultivation. Such demon cultivators are called Scattered Demons; others join a great Demon Sect, engaging in systematic cultivation and studying the classics of the Demon Sect, thus becoming orthodox demon cultivators.
Orthodox demon cultivators, in terms of potential, combat power, great Dao insights, or magic insights, surpass ordinary Scattered Demons.
The great Demon Sects follow the rule of easy entry and strict exit. As long as one cultivates demonic techniques, they count as a menial disciple. However, to become an Outer Disciple, one needs Foundation Establishment cultivation, to become an Inner Sect Disciple one at least needs to be a Golden Core, and to become a true disciple of the Demon Sect, one needs at least Nascent Soul cultivation or potential.
In this aspect, Demon Sects are stricter than Immortal Sects.
