After several days of negotiations, the marriage alliance between the Qiaan Family and the Wang Family finally reached a series of draft agreements under mutual understanding.
The first clause of the agreement is that the Qiaan Family will obtain the sales rights in Longzuo County for several major products of the Wang Family marriage alliance, and only take 15% of the profits. As for sales outside Longzuo County, they are not related to the Qiaan Family.
The second clause of the agreement is that the Qiaan Family will invest five million Qian Gold to acquire 20% of Shouda Trading Company's shares. Furthermore, they will lend Shouda Trading Company ten million Qian Gold interest-free, to be repaid after five years. This fund is solely for investment to expand business scope.
The Qiaan Family was satisfied and returned contentedly.
Wang Shouzhe, on his end, was also quite pleased with the final outcome.
