Elryn watched quietly as the number on the screen rose and then stabilized. When Alex finally confirmed the exchange, and the screen faded away, Elryn's lips curved into a faint, meaningful smile.
"That screen you just used belongs to the Boundless System," Elryn said calmly.
Alex paused for a brief moment, but before he could ask anything, Elryn continued as if he had no intention of explaining further.
"As for what the Boundless System truly is, that is not something you need to know." His gaze shifted back to Alex. "What matters is that from this moment onward, you are officially a customer recognized by the Boundless Shop. Because of that, you have gained access to an auxiliary system, which is merely an extension of the Boundless System itself."
Elryn spoke as if stating a simple fact.
