Chapter 16 - Lucid dream .

Hello hello it is been a while. A year maybe?More?

I have no concept of time i had to read my past texts to remember where i was...

So let's not take another year to get the job done.

The first level the lucid dream is the easiest(as you can guess) and also the less secretive...

if you were already interested in the subject you must have read in the enormous and unphysical library that human name" Google" what you must do for the the most part.

Let's get to it like a step by step process.

1. When you go to sleep prepare a void book and a pen.You must be the most relaxed possible but not too tired.

2.just when you feel the typical drowsiness that come before your slumber remember that you need to observe every details of your dreams(yes we have more than one in a night, it is like small stories strung one after another by a thread pretending badly to be logical)and memorise them to write it when you wake up.

3. Dreams. Easy?

Not really easy. At first you must not remember anything. Not even the basic plot. it doesn't matter. persist without irritation or pressure. Normally in one week your dream or nightmare will get clearer and clearer.

4.Write every little things you remember. From the colour of a curtain to the sound of a voice.

why do you do that you may ask? Stupid question. You are building control and clarity!

Control and clarity you will need for the level.

Slowly you will start to realise you are dreaming.

Sometimes this sudden realisation will woke you up . you may even have already encountered this phenomenon before even trying this.

But again with time your mind will stabilise and you spirit will be able to contain itself and not burst the dream.

See this as if you are butterflie put in a bubble, trying to follow the flow without slicing the sphere with his wing.

A big butterfly.

Keep writing about your dreams until you think you didn't forget to record anything.

Until you get conscious in every dream.

Awake but still dreaming.

5. At first don't try to change the script, don't resist it. Try to stay"awake" in it as long as possible. Sometimes you will fall again in unconscious state. persist this the key word.

Your dream is your mind and body domain still. But it is when your soul has relaxed its control on it. and it must stay this way. be delicate gentle. Slowly accomodate your spirit in it. Learn to let go but not totally.

Seems abstract? Seems like a hippy speech?or a sexologist lecture?

Well that is just the the "reality of it".

6.At this level if you can read you understand that you do not need to keep writing.Try to be "awake" during the entirety of your sleeping time. It will be hard to really know if you succeeded all night long but you will more or less know by intuition. Do this but not every day. it will strain your mental otherwise. and make you dream in daylight...

7. When your mind learnes to stabilise itself and to keep being conscious as long as you want then start trying to move of your own will in your dream... you will see your domain vibrate and sway under the force. The bubble here can also explode...You are going to harden the barrier of this domain to make his walls contain YOU by repeated trial/errors. Only word : Persist.

8. In the awake time learn to really SEE. On example: a rose. Count her petals, how the tips of them are sometime ripped, and darkened like wine stained and in the middle nearly pink, how the dark green of their leafs finish in little black teeths around their oval form. Memorise even their thorns the way they curl like an eagle heals, slitghly yellow one at left one at right on the straight stem...The smell of it

sweet at the end, nearly fruit at the first whiff, just a tad acidic...

Then reform the image in your dream and CREATE.
