As we left the Collector's base, Nat pulled me off to the side speaking quietly to avoid attracting the attention of any of the unsavory characters around.
"He just gave you 10 billion units? You are instantly a Billionaire now? What is it you are planning that you even needed that much money?" Nat asked a bunch of questions rapidly.
"Yes, yes, and you'll find out in four months." I answered each question one after the other, with a huge grin on my face as I always Nat get frustrated at being kept in the dark about my plans.
Honestly, there's no big reason why I didn't plan on telling her my plans as she wouldn't understand them anyway.
My plan is simple. Remain on Xandar for the next four months, letting my clones do the grunt work of getting me more power, just happen to be in the area as the Guardians meet, and hopefully be able to get something out of it.
But there is one last big thing I need to do before that time to ensure it goes smoothly.

(2 weeks later)
I decided to just enjoy myself like the vacation I'd promised Nat, for a little while until I had things set up.
I told Nat that she could stay at this resort on the planet for a week or so as I deal with some things. She didn't like the fact that I'd be ditching her, but she would enjoy the resort so she just gave up on her anger.
I was in the air in my Nexus suit, and I slowly landed in front of the headquarters of the Nova Corps.
"Stop, what's your business here?" The Nova Corpsman on guard asked as they seemed ready to attack if needed.
They didn't have their guns pointed at me, but they were ready to use them if needed.
"I need to speak with Nova Prime." I said simply.
The guards laughed at me as one does not simply meet with Nova Prime, but replied to my ridiculous request regardless.
"What is this regarding?" The Corpsman on the right asked.
"I have come as a representative of The Avengers to offer my aid in stopping Ronan." I explained.
My words seemed to snap the two guards out of their joking mood and the Corpsman on the left looked at the right before nodding and looking back at me.
"We will relay your message, please wait here." Left said as he gestured to right who turned and went inside.
They were privy to how Nova Prime felt about the Kree Fanatic known as Ronan, and once that any information regarding him should be relayed to Nova Prime.
(A few minutes later)
Right returned and looked at me.
"Nova Prime has requested that I bring you to her." He said as he nodded his head behind him as if telling me to go.
I nodded and walked past him as he followed me keeping his blaster rifle trained on me at all times as he gave me quick direction on where to go from behind me.
I had soon arrived at a large black and golden door, which was promptly opened and I was met with the view of Nova Prime standing in front of a Holo Table.
"So I heard that you want to offer your aid with Ronan?" She asked seemingly unimpressed.
"You heard correctly Nova Prime. I seek to bring an end to Ronan and his atrocities." I replied.
"Forgive my skepticism, but what can you do against Ronan?" She asked with narrowed eyes while looking at me as if searching for any deception.
"I am probably the strongest being on this planet and I am the strongest on my home planet, my only hope is to stop Ronan, and hopefully foster a sort of Alliance with the Nova Corps." I explained succinctly.
Nova Prime was more than skeptical of my words, but decided to put me to the test as she wouldn't lose out by doing so. She would have a contingent of Nova Corpsman go with me on the mission and she could determine the validity of my words.
She then had Denarian Saul get a party of soldiers ready to go on a mission to stop some attacks that were happening on one of the planets that contained a Nova Outpost.
As he was following her order, she turned back to me.
"Very well, I have two things to say to you. Number one, I want you to tell me more about the Avengers that I was told about. And number two, I want to let you know that I will be sending you out to make good on your words, but I will have some of the Nova Corps reporting about your every action, do you have an issue with that?" Nova Prime explained before asking seriously.
"I have no issue with any of that. Regarding being monitored specifically, I wouldn't have it any other way. What better way to prove what I say is true." I replied.
Nova Prime nodded and gestured with her hand as if to say what about the so-called Avengers
"The Avengers are a team, Earth's Mightiest Heroes or as you may know it, Terra. I am one of the strongest on the team and have taken it upon myself to help outside of my home planet." I explained seeing the surprise on Nova Prime's face when she heard I was from of of the least advanced and probably one of the planets that was most ignorant about the universe.
"You're Terran?" She asked.
"Yes, and one thing you need to know is that while our planet may be ignorant and a lot less advanced than the rest of the universe, we have very powerful beings that live there." I explained.
I wasn't just talking out of my ass. There were some truly powerful beings on earth.
The mutants, the Sorcerers of Kamar Taj, a Myriad of enhanced individuals, the fantastic four who are plenty powerful themselves, the inhumans that don't interact with the rest of the world that much, and the Eternals that while they don't interact with normal humans just like the Inhumans, they still live on Earth and are some of the most powerful beings on it.
After my words, I saw Denarian Saul walk in with a group of at least 20 Nova Corpsmen that I knew would be joining the mission. He finished talking to Nova Prime and then walked over to me and looked me up and down, he saw that while the armor looked advanced, he didn't think much of the person inside the armor.
My helmet was currently off and I smirked at Saul. Who grits his teeth before clearing his throat to get ready to speak.
"So, you're the one with whom I have to entrust my life and the lives of my men? Not impressed." He said with a sneer as he went back to his men and started to talk to them about the upcoming mission
