Hearing strange sounds from all around me I slowly woke up and as I opened my eyes I stared straight at the flowing river that was full of starry stars flowing through the river with the light bouncing off the caves walls around me.
Akio: "What…where am I…?"
As I spoke quietly to myself I continued watching the flowing river that seemed endless full of life.
Akio: "Wait…Life..?"
Akio: "No…I have seen this before…I should know exactly where I am but…why can't I remember the name…?"
As I racked my head trying to find out exactly the name of this so familiar river I couldn't help but regret fully utilizing Dieci Association identities.
Akio: "Did the knowledge of the name become forgotten during my use of the Dieci's power…? Damnit!"
Akio: "No…while the name is forgotten I need to remember the smaller details…"
Slowly I stared straight at the flowing river of glowing stars in an abyss full of colorful lights as a memory resurfaced but the words were blanked out only the river remained.
Akio: "Dreams…thats right…Don Quijotes dreams and Sanchos…"
Akio: "Endless lights of an unknown future… endless █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ █ of my future…"
Akio: "Paths…that are interwoven with the river of what I could become…but my morality would always change…just like my own sanity…"
Akio: "Just like back then…Hah…I almost became corroded didn't I…but why didn't I remember…?"
As I thought deeply memories of that fateful day came back in droves and I realized that my own memories lessened the actual memory of it.
No it didn't simply end with them being shot to death…rwhy are these memories resurfacing now…
Akio: "I picked up mom's knife and…cut off their heads…gauged out their eyes…ripped out their hearts…tore through flesh, skin, and bone until only I was left hands fully coated in blood…"
Whoosh
As I whispered those words, a sudden burst of wind flowed through the large cave as the star filled river rippled and the stars parted before I saw an umage of myself looking around with corpses and blood, limbs everywhere.
Akio: "I remember it now…your name is… The Promordial Sea of Possibilities…"

As I whispered its name I felt an almost infinite number of voices come speak its name at once as the cave started rumbling with the water now rippling as the name reverberated through its sturdy walls.
Akio: "A place that holds humanity's endless paths of possibilities…yet you cursed all that drank from you to only ever see that version of yourself…"
Akio: "So why do you bring me here? Or is it because I am not able to be cursed and use my other possibilities…?"
As I waited for an answer that I would never receive I couldn't help but stare down once more at the flowing river that never ends with neon lights and stars flowing freely.
Akio: "Whatever the case may be, if you are responsible for giving me the power to use my other self's possibilities who am I to refuse…"
Akio: "And maybe one day I might understand why you did so…"
As I gave my final words to the endless river of stars I felt at peace and joy before I saw the River stir as two tentacles made of the river rose and gently wrapped around me as I felt a sudden influx of newfound memories flood my very brain.
Akio: "ARGHH!!!"
Each memory was full of joy, happiness, anger, despair, sadness, rage and each memory imprinted itself into my own as I felt my own sanity dropping down rapidly.
While my mind reeled from the memories flooding in, the tentacles had already draggged me into river as I felt my physical body fade away.
Akio: 'No…I will not get consumed…I will overcome this and prove you why I am the only one to not get cursed by you!!!'
With a sudden burst of willpower I raised what was once my arm as spiraling green flames suddenly materialized from dephs my soul as I shouted out my own feelings.
Whatever these spiraling green flames were I felt them resonate with my own words and so I did exactly as I said I will.
Akio: "I will show you how the endless possibilities of humanity will always continue no matter the outcome!!!"
The surge of memories continued flooding my mind but this time it slowed and started flowing into my mind and my body started being reconstructed by both the spiral power within me and the Sea of Possibilities.
Akio: "Argh! I- won't waver anymore and fullfill my promise with making you all have your own endings!!!"
With a final shout my stomach had changed into a large gaping hole before it started to drag in the Sea of Possibilities into my soul as it was forcefully fed endless possibilities.
Akio: "Oh I didn't think this th- Blah!"
I held my mouth as I wanted to vomit out the Sea of Possibilities but I held it in with gritted teeth as my soul started to slowly consume it.
After what felt like forever I stared wide eyed at the Sea of Possibilities that still looked full despite the amount of the Sea of Possibilities I have consumed.
No, the more important thing is figuring out what the hell were those spiriling green flames and the sudden exitement I feel flowing throughout my whole body.
Akio: "This…wait spiral? Don't tell me what they said was real!"
Having figured out why there was a familiarity with the green spiral I remembered a famous Anime and Manga by the name of Gurren Lagann.
Akio: "Hai…so humanity as a whole has spiral power inside them just waiting to be unleashed with their evolution and willpower powering the Spiral Power to create miracles"
Akio: "Sigh…just what type of enigma am Il that both the Sea of Possibilities and the Spiral Power have both formed in my body…"
I sighed but I clenched my fist tightly as I felt stronger than before and I felt my mind remember things I couldn't previously from the Dieci Association identity using memories to grow stronger.
Akio: "But how do I get back to the others…? Do I knock myself out or somethi-"
Before I could even finish speaking, I blacked out instantly not noticing that after my blackout countless ghostly visages looked at my fading body with amusement with one familiarity connecting all of them.
They were other versions of me but they quickly dispersed as the Sea of Possibilities dragged them back down into the endless sea of stars.

Ugh…why does my body ache so damn bad..the hell did I get up to? Ah shit thats right…
???: "Ah you are finally awake Akio-kun~"
Hearing a familiar voice, I quickly got up and I instinctively transformed into my Zwei West Association Identity and raised my Broadsword in defense.
Akio: "What did you do to me!?"
Mephisto: "Eh? You don't remember…?"
Akio: "Who the hell wakes someone up by whispering in their ear!!!"
Seeing the look of surprise on his face I sighed before I lowered my broadsword as it disappeared into motes of light and my Zwei Association armor dispersed into motes of light.
Akio: "Well Mr. Mephisto, guess I can't go to classes today"
Mephisto: "Oh? But you've got some people worried~"
Akio: "Eh? Who would come visit m-"
In an instant he pulled the curtains of the hospital wings bed beside me as I saw my previous classmates from earlier looking at me strangely with Mischa holding onto Indira who let out a small yip.
Yip!
Akio: "Indira!"
Lucresia: "What strange magic thou possess Akio? I have brought thee pastries you enjoyed last time"
Mischa: "I saw them bring you into the hospital wing and I thought something bad happened to you but to think you would possess strength to lift such a heavy weapon…"
Akio: "I-…yeah even I am surprised sometimes by my own strength"
As I chuckled I felt Mephisto speak casually the next couple of words stopping me entirely as I turned to look back at him only for him to dissapear.
Mephisto: "Well since you're lovely friends are here I leave this wreck of a student to you two to take care of ok~"
Lucresia: "Sure thing, here…and thee take one too…"
Lucresia handed Mischa and myself some strawberry filled pastries she bought herself from the bakery from last time.
Akio: "Ah thank you Lucresia!"
Mischa: "Thank you..daughter of Dracula…"

Lucresia: "Mhm…"
I ate the strawberry pastry Lucresia gave me and Mischa kept staring at me making me uncomfortable and as I asked her why she's staring so hard.
Mischa: "You have fundamentally changed… you feel stronger than before…and you're full of energy…"
Munch!
Akio: "I- well when you get dragged by your instructor to train anything becomes possible"
Mischa: "Hmm…since it appears you are fine I will head back to class…"
Munch!
Akio: "Right, thanks for coming by to visit Mischa!"

Mischa: "Mmm…if you would excuse me…"

After Mischa left, I looked back at Lucresia who was still eating pastries and I awkwardly chuckled before she suddenly spoke again.
Lucresia: "Mr Fujimoto needs to speak to thee and I won't pry into personal matters but what the human had said earlier of a change, thou has a lot more vigor than before"
Lucresia: "Whatever the case I bid thee farewell and try to contain those revolving green flames…"
I absentmindedly nodded and froze as I heard the last sentence she spoke. I looked behind me to see green flames spiraling outward but how do I contain them?
Lucresia: "Thou does not have your own technique…?"
Akio: "I…No I haven't even heard ways to contain your power…"
Lucresia: "Hmm…with thous strange yet powerful summon I'd thought you were from a powerful family…?"
Akio: "No…I have no family…just myself and Indira…Lucresia…"
Lucresia: "I see, then if thou wishes you can join my Coterie and join me as my ally…"
Akio: "A…Court…? What…is that?"
Lucresia: "A group of people who have shared interests with a hierachy and every Royal Vampire is needed to have one…"
Akio: "Hmm…as long as you don't restrict me from doing anything and doesn't involve innocent people suffering…"
Lucresia stared back at me finishing her last strawberry pastry before she put down the bag of steaming pastries on a small table.
Lucresia: "I warn thee, I need thou blood to form a blood pact"
Akio: "A blood pact? Then why not make a Contract with clear conditions Lucresia"
Lucresia stared at me in surprise and I swiftly switched to Heathcliffs Oüfi Association who were fixers who acted as contract middlemen between deals and hunt down those who break contracts.
Slowly the hospital wing was full of bright purple light as Akios attire changed fully, wearing black-and-silver striped uniform consisting of a vest, ankle-length breeches, a short cape with frilled edges and low-heeled shoes.
Lucresia stared once more in wonder as she watched with her blood red eyes at his aura changing.
I took out a piece of parchment paper then a inked feather and gave it to Lucresia to write her own conditions and clauses.
Akio: "Lets sign this contract with both our blood after we settle on terms to agree on"
Lucresia: "Very well…thy truly has a strange power yet no one has taught you what other families do…"
5 minutes later
After a couple minutes later I looked over the contract and raised an eyebrow at what apparent rank I will be given if I am to join, along with apparent magic spells and protection of the Tepes Family.
Akio: "So you want me to…eat pastries with you on the daily, give you my loyalty, beat up people annoying you and not to betray you..?"
Lucresia: "Correct…"
I read through the contract again and looked back in Lucresia in genuine surprise before I chuckled and nodded at her.
Akio: "Lets sign this then do the blood pact"
Lucresia: "Very well then…"
We both signed the contract that once signed glowed purple and I stared back at Lucresia who stared back looking at me in surprise.
Lucresia: "Thou aura changed once more…no one is able to completely change their aura that it feels like they are completely different people…"
Lucresia: "Yet thou did it twice, I am glad to have picked a proper ally compared to those who tried to join me forcibly…"
I chuckled and Lucresia told me what to do to form the blood pact and as I cut my palm against my rectangular bladed halbeard I raised my hand towards Lucresia.
Lucresia: "In the name of Lucresia Tepes, I hereby accept Akio Tengoku as Duke of thy own Court and enter the contract as true equals…"
Once Lucresia finished speaking I saw my own blood and Lucresia's interwine as it landed onto the contract and both our names lit up in a red outline before fading back.
At the same time I felt strange sensations all throughout my body and the green flames took on a shade of red before it started compressing into a long purple sheathed nodachi.
Watching the green flames compress into Kamina's iconic nodachi I switched back to my normal form as my halbeard and outfit changed to the schools.
As the Nodachi floated still as if waiting for something I grabbed it slowly and I felt something within the depths of my soul roar in excitement.
As spinning green flames materialized beside me again I grinned before staring back at Lucresia who had questions yet kept silent.
Akio: "It's an Odachi from a man named Kamina who fought for freedom and an inspirational figure for many who believe in his ideals"
Lucresia: "Thou has an inspirational figure?"
Akio: "Yeah, but he's out there in the stars probably"
I said smiling before I got up from the infirmary bed and hummed with my left hand holding my Odachi as Indira climbed up onto my shoulder.
Lucresia: "I will be sending thou books as I promised to thy dorm by the teacher Yukio…"
Akio: "Thank you Lucresia, I'll be heading off now, take care of yourself!"
Lucresia: "I will heed thou words yet annoying bugs always linger…"
I chuckled before I opened the door and saw a group of students ducked behind the wall and seeing me come out they stared at me in surprise.
???: "What the?"
???: "Oh shit he has a weapon!?"
???: "No! More importantly he was in the infirmary with both of those girls!"
???: "You're right! Hey you did somethi-"
Before he could get up and personal Indira stared at him as her gold slit eyes stared him down until he fell down stopping the others from nearing.
Akio: "Lucresia and Mischa are my close friends and insinuating that I have done something to them is irresponsible as a student who is to become an exorcist who battles against evil and protect the common people"
Akio: "While I understand you all are still kids who love beuty and such, be responsible for your actions and respect them as if you want that respect back"
I swiftly walked away to the other side of the hallway and took out a key Mephisto gave me earlier and opened a door to where Fujimoto should be.
I turned the key and walked through the door as it closed behind me I appeared in a wood cabin that smelled of pine trees and I stared at Mr. Fujimoto who was smoking a cigar as he was sitting in a chair as if already waiting me.
Fujimoto: "Sit down Akio, and lets have a proper talk about everything"
I looked at him seriously and I sat down on a chair in front of him and prepared myself if I should share a bit more of my powers but I don't know if I could trust him.
Fujimoto: "Sigh, I don't mind you not telling me son but I only want to know if you wish to truly join exorcists and work with us while you find your own truth"
Akio: "What…?"
Fujimoto: "I have seen a lot of things in this cursed world that is haunted by myths, demons, and monsters who attack humanity and it is our duty to defend them…losing friends and… loved ones…while on this journey"
Fujimoto: "And whatever thats contained within you is able to be controlled by your own efforts"
Akio: "I can control it I just need to be stronger and make sure my Willpower stands strong in the face of adversary"
Fujimoto: "Hah, that so kiddo? Then I hope you don't mind me asking if you are truly interested in joining the True Cross Order or if you will travel the world and do your own thing"
His question stopped me on my tracks as I took a long moment to respond as I thought about it deeply.
Fujimoto: "You don't need to give me an answer now but I believe that you will find your answer no matter how long it takes Akio-san"
Akio: "Hai, I will think it through and give you an answer when I have realized my own truth Fujimoto-sensei!"
Fujimoto: "Hah, then I will be waiting for your answer young man!"
I smiled and thinking we were done stood up but he stopped me and gave me a cup of green tea to drink.
I cautiously accepted it and took a sip of the green tea and couldn't help but be surprised at the good taste of green tea.
Akio: "This…is good…"
Fujimoto: "Hah, well after a couple stressful days of dealing with my angsty kid you need to drink some green tea to relax"
I nodded and continued drinking slowly and he spoke again but this time with a more serious tone making me become serious in turn.
Fujimoto: "Again, I am simply thinking out loud and if you're willing to talk about it then you can share it with me"
Akio: "Sure thing"
Fujimoto: "Very well then, is your summon part of your inherent ability to change to various versions of yourself?"
Akio: "Mhm, yet it takes my own willpower to control them and I simply don't want them to have sad endings, Indira was betrayed countless times so I adopted her"
Yip!
Indira happily rubbed her head against my ear and I smiled before I rubbed her chin and the rain outside the cabin lessened as sunlight came through.
Fujimoto: "Hah, how wonderful to see other Tamers having grown their bond like yours"
I chuckled and leaned my head against Indira's as I felt warmth radiate from her small form being happy inside and I felt my heart suffer from cuteness overload.
Fujimoto: "Then if that's all I hope you enjoy your time at True Cross Academy and decide your answer by the end of it child"
I nodded and made my way to the door and stopped as I took my key to unluck it before I looked back at Mr. Fujimoto.
Akio: "Thanks for the talk Fujimoto-sensei, it made me rethink some of my future choices rather than just following along…"
Fujimoto: "Your welcome Akio-kun…"
I turned the key and opened the door as I appeared back into the male dormitory and took a deep breath as Indira yipped and hopped off my shoulder as she sniffed around.
Akio: "Guess it was perfect that I had gone to talk to Fujimoto-sensei, and he's right., what would I do after the Academy, joining their organization or traveling the world doing my own thing…"
Akio: "Sigh…choices…but with the Well of Possibilities and the Spiral Energy it opens doors"
I stopped all of a sudden and simply thought about the Sea of Possibilities and a specific Abnormality that likes to travel through dimensions.
Akio: "And the only problem then would be if time still stretches without a WARP train…"
While I decided Indira walked back to me and snuggled against my pants and I took a deep breath before I picked up Indira with both my hands.
Akio: "Listen Indira, I will be summoning another Abnormality like yourself and it could get dangerous but incase it becomes hostile do not attack it first okay..?"
Yip!
Akio: "Okay then, transform to your battle ready form and I need to change my self to a W Corp ID to see if it becomes more or less hostile…"
Thinking over the W Corp Identities I could turn into, I decided on W. Corp L3 Cleanup Captain Outis.
As I started changing my identity I realized that this was different from my previous changes. I suddenly knelt in pain and clutched my pain-filled head as I felt as if time was going quickly and slowlly until I tried standing up forcibly.
Akio: "Gah! Wha-…*gasping*…the hell is this…!"
Whoosh
Thud!
I continued feeling the throbbing pain in my head and felt time change yet I stood up again, only this time I got up again with a pain filled shout as revolving green flames burst out from my body.
Akio: "Get up and fight through the damn pain!!!"
Whoosh
Crackle!
As I stood up fully Indira approached me cautiously minding the green flames and I raised my hands stopping her as I panted for breath.
Akio: "What the hell did I-…cough!…damn it…"
As I thought quickly over what just happened I stared back at my iron gloved hands and W. Corps uniform thinking why it's now different than before.
Akio: "It is because of their attacks tearing dimensional space…? It might be that and constantly having to fight in unknown dimensions…"
I sighed and resolved myself to whatever happens next and I took out another piece of inked summoning paper from the desk and thought of the Wayward Passenger as I bit my thumb before letting the droplet drop onto the summoning circle on the paper.
As the summoning circles color changed to purple and green I started speaking words that resonated with me and something from my soul told me to say.
"Oh Wayward Passenger… who drifts through dimensions… saving those who fall out the WARP trains…heed my call and let me be an anchor that gives you a home to come back to…and feast upon familiarity that others feel every day…"
As soon as my last words were spoken the ground infront of me tore upon by a high lighted purple serrated energy blade and a large humanoid figure jumped out and I couldn't help but smile.
Wayward Passenger is a humanoid entity wearing the standard uniform for W Corp cleanup agents yet it was trapped and lost within the various Dimensions with duty still ingrained into its mind.
It has a bloody grotesque and disfigured appearance, with a long mouth-like cavity extending from the middle of its face all the way down to its lower abdomen.
The sides of its maw are lined with irregular jagged teeth, and thin fleshy tendrils can be seen protruding out from it. Its neck and head lack skin, being composed entirely of muscle fibers that still move.
A pair of bloodshot eyes loosely sit in its eye sockets, carrying a vacant stare having endured a millennia of traveling through dimensions.
Its arms appear to have been ripped from its shoulders, leaving behind tendrils sticking out in its place. It instead has a pair of arm-like appendages made of muscle fibers protruding out from its shoulder blades with lingering blood.
These arms each have an energy blade protruding from the wrist. During combat, Wayward Passenger is seen using these blades to open dimensional rifts allowing it to hide away within and strengthen itself over time.
As I stared at the Wayward Passenger, it stared back with its bloodshot eyes but it didn't attack. I took a deep breath before stepping forward and raised my hand at the Wayward Passenger.
Akio: "Nice to meet you Wayward Passenger, I am glad you responded to my call and I am willing to be the Anchor that you can return to…"
WP: "Grah…"
Akio: "Hmm? Don't you feel envious of others you rescue returning to their home away from dimensions full of dangers…?"
WP: "…Grah…"
Akio: "I don't mind, and you don't need to feel alone anymore you got Indira and me here waiting"
The Wayward Passenger had suddenly trembled before it tore open space with its energy blade and jumped into the torn dimension before it closed up.
At the same time I blinked and Mephisto appeared before me but without his usual smile and happy-go-lucky attitude.
Mephisto: "Well now, mind telling me what the hell I felt from someone tearing a hole in reality and patching it back…Akio-kun…?"
Akio: "Just experimenting and my new familiar and before you say anything they aren't hostile and were left alone for a long time like Indira"
Yip!
Mephisto: "What…? That was your familiar?"
Hearing my words the serious expression on his face broke before he burst into a loud booming laugh as he spoke with a sudden glint in his eyes.
Mephisto: "Hahaha! You sure are making things interesting Kid!!!"
Mephisto: "Oh a new form~! Can't wait to see what you will ultimately turn out to be Akio-kun~"
Akio: "Well I hope to still be me but a lot mature…"
Mephisto: "Well you will be here for awhile then Akio-kun~"
Mephisto: "Eins! Zwei! Drei!"
And as swiftly as he arrived he left with a spring in his step as he dissapeared through pink colored smoke full of twinkling stars and candies.
Akio: "Sigh, god did that guy feel so damn dangerous…just what the hell have I gotten myself involved in…"
I sighed and after waiting for awhile it appeared the Wayward Passenger had dissapeared making you question if it was bad timing for Mephisto to show up and if it would trVel around this new world and see a world with greenery and normal ocean.
While thinking deep in thought, I didn't notice a small tear in space near my bed before something dropped down and the tear in space closed itself again.
Of course Indira who had seen the Wayward Passenger's ability to tear into space itself was surprised to see it dropped something.
Yip!
Hearing Indira's yip, I turned around and saw a familiar looking flashlight that drops from you defeating the Wayward Passenger or winning a an encounter in which he gifts you the E.G.O item.
Crackle!
I wLked over and picked up the patrolling flashlight and suddenly felt as if a sharp electric bolt zap me before I felt my metal gauntlets become empowered as electricity filled them both.
Crackle!
Whoosh
I raised my gauntlets and clenched my fist and threw out a punch as electricity flared outward.
I smiled and put the patrolling flashlight on my belt and suddenly stopped to think about E.G.O gifts and their buffs for every every identity.
But the questions becomes how will I hide them all and use them if they need to be near me.
Whatever the case may be, I need to be careful about how I use them fully. While thinking of how to solve the amount of E.G.O gifts there are.
Akio: "God this will take some time to get used to…"
Thud!
As I clenched my fist I heard something drop at the entrance of my dorm and as I turned I saw Yukio looking at me in shock and fear with his mouth wide open.
Yukio: "Y-…Wha-…What the hell was that!?!?"
Akio: "Ah shit, how do you do Yukio-senpai!"
Yukio: "Don't wave it off! That thing was a familiar!?!?"
Akio: "Hmm? Of course it is, I was just summoning one to help me with something"
Yukio: "God have mercy on your soul, can you tell me what happened to it…?"
Akio: "Thanks but it has gone through an arduous journey so I became its anchor to come back to anytime"
Yukio stared at me incrediblously hearing my words as he sighed holding his head before picking up a stack of books with same sigil as Lucresia's.
Yukio: "Here's the books Lucresia asked me to gift to you…I didn't expect the both of you to hit it off that quickly from just pastries"
Akio: "Hmm? Well she invited me to join her Court as a Duke, and signed an equal blood pact with her"
Yukio: "Ah? Just joining her Court an- EHH!?!?"
Akio: "Whats the big deal?"
Yukio: "You joined the princess of the Tepes Family Court! While I expectted you two to simply get along you instead go and join her…"
Akio: "Then is it bad to have joined her?"
Yukio: "Sigh, if conflicts between Royal Vampires arise and if Lady Lucresia is involved you will join her and fight beside her especially as a Duke of her Court"
Hearing the word fight I felt something stirring from the depths of my soul as a sudden exhilaration took over my body.
Yukio: "Are you alright Akio-san?"
Akio: "Yeah I am alright, but if I am to fight will I be obligated to with the Academy joining or is it only us two…?"
Yukio: "That…is something only Lord Pheles can answer I'm afraid"
Akio: "Yeah, but thanks for dropping off the books Yukio-Senpai!"
Yukio: "Yeah, but be careful with that summon of yours"
Akio: "Not if I can't help it…"
Yukio sighed before he simply left my dorm and watched him leave through the front entrance.
Once he left, Wayward Passenger ripped through space as he appeared once more but this time it left open a dimension rift that glowed purple and I looked at it confusion.
WP: "…Grah!…"
It pointed its serrated energy blade at the opened dimensional rift as if to enter inside but I quickly spoke.
Akio: "Wait! Im not built to go through dimensional rifts! I could die the instant I step through or mutate or something!"
WP: "…Grah…?"
I awkwardly chuckled but I remembered the three E.G.O's related to the Wayward Passenger.
Akio: "The last time I used the E.G.O Pursuance I felt disgusted and fully emotionless…"
Akio: "And no offence, but the forms I can take from your ego will be gruesome with countless emotions"
WP: "…Grah…?"
Akio: "I-…no you're right…and I still have those two things…"
But I still don't fully understand how the Sea of Possibilities works yet…is it able to improve upon said identities abilities? Is it capable of making me change or create new identities based on my own experiences…?
Akio: "More importantly, does the uptie abilities work like their suppose to…?"
The more I thought about it the more annoyed I became before ultimately running straight into the dimensional rift.
Narrators POV
As Akio suddenly ran straight into the dimensional rift Indira stared at her masters dissapearing figure as he ran into the rift.
Yip!
Indira yipped before she grew to her adult form filling the dorm with her size and the Wayward Passenger swiftly slashed at the air before jumping into the forming rift following behind its anchor.
Just when Indira was about to jump into the dimensional rift she was suddenly grabbed by the Wayward Passenger and pulled down into a rift below her.
YYIIIiiiippppp!!!
Not long after all three of them dissapeared from their current reality, a man in a white striped suit and purple tie appeared with a wide grin on his face.
Mephisto: "My oh my young Akio-kun~"
Mephisto: "Hiding such a strange and wonderful new ability that I have never seen before!"
Mephisto: "Hah now things are getting interesting than before, even more entertainment for me! Yoohoo~!"
With a wave of his hand the destroyed desk and furniture returned to their previous state as if rewinding back time.
Akio POV
Once I had stepped through the dimensional rift I felt agonizing pain shoot through my entire body. I felt my bones crack, my skin tearing and mind filled with pure agony at my flesh that slowly began to swell.
Akio: "FUCKING HELL!!!"
I let out a pain filled roar full of agony and growing despair at my current situation as numerous memories popped back in my mind as I thought wether this was it.
Was this truly the way I would be dying in an unknown dimension without no one noticing I was gone, dying alone and as I though about my parents and their last words being to, "live on." I grit those teeth and clenched my decaying fist.
Akio: "LIKE HELL I AM GOING TO SIT AROUND AND DIE HERE WITHOUT SAVING YOU ALL FROM DESPAIR!!!"
I raised my decaying arm high with my palm opened before I clenched it tight as I shouted out my feelings and with it spinning green flames burst around my body and I felt the pain subside a little yet I took a deep breath.
Akio: "If I can evolve to a version of myself capable of surviving through dimensions then hear my voice Wayward Passenger and lend me your strength!!!"
Whoosh
Whoosh
In the vast dephs of this overflowing purple dimension I felt the Wayward Passenger's presence and it let out a roar before it lowered its shoulder arms and its energy blades grew brighter before it started ripping through space.
Whoosh
Tear!
Whoosh
Crack!
Akio: "I trust you Wayward Passenger! So lend me your help…friend!"
Its body grew increasingly faster every time it entered a rift around me and my green flames extended outward to a rift as they began pulling me into said rift.
Whoosh
Crack!
As I felt the pain over again, they started to grab onto different torn rifts and lunge my body through increasing the speed I entered the rifts and with what remained of my strength I lifted my body to see my body start transforming.
Whoosh
Crack!
Whoosh
Tear!
As I felt my limbs tear off I gritted my teeth at the insufferable pain as if millions of ants bit on my flesh and tore skin and flesh.
After however much time had passed I felt the pain disappear and as I floated in this endless dimension I turned to look at my new body before I realized what I have just become as the revolving green flames returned back into my body.
I turned to look at my torn off bloody arms and my body which had a massive gaping maw with red tendrils coming out of it from my mouth to my lower abdomen.
I had two arm-like appendages coming out of my shoulder blades with two brightly lit energy blades and felt a set of wing like portrusions coming from my back.
Akio: "Wh…a…"
I turned to look back at my muscle fiber created wings that had 5 energy blades connected to each pointed end of the muscled fiber wings.
I aimed what was once my arms forward as my shoulder energy blades moved forward and I moved ot down and a dimensional rift formed.
Whoosh
Whimper!
While I stared deep in thought at my fleshy weapons I didn't notice Wayward Passenger approaching as he held onto a whimpering Indira snapping me out of my thoughts.
Akio: "…Ind…ira…!"
Instinctively I raised my energy blade wings that had slashed at the empty air beside them before stabbing through space and near the Wayward Passenger who dodged.
WP: "…Grah…?"
Akio: "I…m…So…rry…"
I spoke out to the Wayward Passenger as I looked at my energy blades near the Wayward Passenger and thought of how similar it was to Hong Lu's Dimension Shredder.
I pulled back my extended energy bladed wing and the energy blades came back through the rift.
Akio: "Let's…go..to…a safe…place…"
As I spoke, Wayward Passenger slashed the air before jumping through the dimensional rift and I hesitated before slashing the air with my shoulder energy blades and followed behind its trail that I could now sense.
Akio: "Need to…make sure…Indira is…safe…"
Whispering those last words to myself I continued following the Wayward Passenger through an unknown dimension and maybe just a new…world.
