One of the Knights of Darkness then raised his hand, and dozens of black portals opened all around the Gods and the Warrior Spirits. Elias then smirked when he felt Miguel moving so fast that even he couldn't follow him.
The portals then disappeared one after the other before the creatures on the other side could even get through them, and when Miguel tried to attack Lilith directly, he was stopped by a wall of black flames that he couldn't cross and that even burned him.
Although the black particles could not penetrate his skin because of the protection he had acquired by absorbing all those golden particles, he was surprised that he could still be burned by those flames.
Lilith then turned to him, Cassandra in her arms, and she was surprised that this man hadn't already disintegrated. Anyone who came in contact with her black flames didn't last more than a few seconds, but this man just seemed to have been burned, and she heard Elias suddenly yell, "Miguel!"
