Over the years, the average casualty rate of the Third Division has been 91%. Many of the cannon fodder who first arrive here hope they are among the surviving 9%. There is still some hope in that.
But after learning the real situation, they despairingly find out that 10% of the officers in this army have only one task, which is to watch them so they don't desert.
These 10% of officers never try to discover the rules of the Taboo Forest themselves.
Therefore, the death rate for cannon fodder is one hundred percent.
Even more desperate is the fact that the cannon fodder here are not even issued weapons or firearms. All they have to do is keep moving forward and exploring new rules of the Taboo Land.
When all the cannon fodder are dead, the division commander and officers of the Third Division will retreat to their base, waiting for a new batch of cannon fodder to fill in.
