Sancho was a middle-aged white man. The file showed he was a level 7 citizen, with even a chance to be promoted to Baron.
When he entered, he saw Qing Chen sitting behind the desk and frowned, "Who are you? Why are you sitting in the Marquis's seat?"
Qing Chen looked at the information on the computer and said, "Who I am is not important. What's important is that I am here to state some facts. If there are no questions, let's proceed officially."
