Corra occasionally watches me from the mirror. SHE keeps staring as though SHE is waiting for permission to be unleashed into the world. SHE was watching eagerly. In a twisted way it reminded me of how I used to be on the other side of that pane wondering when itch time would occur. Shoving HER into that hole was easier the first time. But then soft serve chose to avoid violence and let me handle the wet work. Now SHE has voluntarily stabbed a few people. So it is possible the line is now blurred. DD finally asked me what was going on. I told him that Corra was temporarily unleashed. DD coughed and asked me to take it back. I wish I could but unfortunately I can't. DD saw my face and he promised me that everything is going to be okay. I told him that I was working on a plan. Afterwards I went to the bathroom and went to SIS. SHE was playing chess with HER. As a precautionary measure SHE had chains on HER ankle. SHE didn't seem to mind at all. SHE made a face as I explained about the baby. SHE believes that I should've had an abortion or given him up for adoption. I happily asked SIS if we could have a private conversation. SHE said that SHE wants to be none violent again. I happily gave her a pat on the head.
When we turned around SHE had deduced that we were going to shove HER into a box again. SHE made it clear that SHE will obey the rules of engagement. SHE will go out on a controlled scenario and learn to curb HER enthusiasm. If we trap HER then if SHE gets out SHE will destroy us. We knew both if SHE gets out SHE will go on a constant killing spree while we are stuck here. So we concurred to trap HER. Soft serve will start being non-violent again. I will take over the killing duties. Corra will go back to sleep. We remember exactly what we did to trap HER. So SIS walked out and I waved my hand. Corra got wrapped in a straight jacket and was once again chained to the wall. SHE didn't flinch. As SHE was certain SIS was going to cut HER. I warned HER that if SHE hurt DD. Then the consequences will be severe. Pain was the reason SHE was out and pain is going to be the reason SHE was going to be stuffed back to wherever SIS trapped her to begin with. I stood frozen for a moment recalling the conversation SIS had with me in a similar fashion. SHE threatened me with an iron maiden. I jumped with joy as I summoned. SHE screamed in outrage. I realized this was HER prison for the past twenty years. I cackled as I shoved HER in there wearing a straight jacket and everything.
I watch Zelda take care of Corra. I walked and DD asked me if I wanted some alone time. I happily told him that Zelda had taken care of Corra so we can take it easy now. I looked in the mirror to see Zelda. SHE tapped HER wrist reminding me that we are on schedule. I asked HER if it was itch time and SHE shook HER head. I walked off to find my baby fast asleep. I went to get some sleep but a red notice popped up so I poked HER to get up and go kill someone as I sat to guard HER. Zelda hopped as SHE went to scratch HER itch. The watery depth began to bubble but I remained steadfast. So soon the bubbles died out. I was worried about my future so I sat down to meditate. The scenery changed into a pristine forest. Thick dark leaves, birds chirping, squirrels roaming, butterflies were fluttering near me. The branches parted to let some light in. I saw that as things changed the watery prison turned into a pond. The crystal clear water seems deceptively shallow. I can sense that the water was deeper than it looks. A quick peak showed the iron maiden on the bottom. Bubbles were escaping as the thing filled with water. I recalled the horror of drowning when I was nine. I brushed it off as I sat to watch my darkest part was laid to rest.
I was SIS changed the scenery to HER preference as a means of ease. I walked out and checked the notice. I walked out and Henry asked me, "Where are you going?" I grunted, "To talk to a stubborn woman to get out of a harmful relationship. SIS is stress relieving. I am here to solve an issue so I can go back to my assignment" Henry was curious, "What assignment?" I retorted, "keeping my baby safe from monsters who only want to inflict misery. Did you know that there are killer nannies. Yes you heard me. Smiling faces that actually harm kids. That's why I refused to have them even with twins. I didn't want to lose them" Henry wanted to know more so I gave him a flashdrive. My ride came and I hopped in. Henry clutched the flashdrive as I disappeared from sight. I was taken to a motel where a woman in a red sweatshirt was waiting for me. She took me to the top floor where a dossier of the next target was prepped. He was a businessman that DD has collaborated with.
I was asked to kill him. I asked them what his crime was since I go after pedophiles, serial killers and other menaces of society. These corporate idiots are not my cup of tea. The response was simple this guy had many people killed for standing up to him. It turns out that he has been stealing from people and now he is being sued. So he is having the whistleblower killed. This peaked my interest. So I casually walked to see a photographer. I asked her if this was a form of blackmail. Tanya said that she will look into it. The investigation began as I left on a motorcycle. My destination was pretty far I managed to lose my tail. The perpetrator was sipping coffee and I had figured out a way to kill him without getting arrested. I observed him and went to the train station. I got an earful until I whispered that I was getting my rifle. I had to find a perfect place to shoot him without getting busted. The nerds went to work and I asked someone to geek out in front of him. He likes to bask in glory. So I went up the stairwell on the side of a building and scoped the place for any stragglers. Then I took my aim and fired a round. Then I calmly walked out and hopped on a train elsewhere and dropped the bag there. Then I got a bike that dropped me home. I made sure to tell DD that someone was taking pictures. He asked me where I was and I told him that I went to a motel to talk to an abuse victim who refused to see that her husband was abusing their daughter so after some yelling I went to a friend's house. I called the stubborn one and told her that her baby's future if not nurtured properly will be this. DD asked, "Did you go to Cassandra's house." I nod and he flinched. The others asked and all DD was walk away without uttering a single word.
Henry gave me the flashdrive back. He said that he will oversee the screening. I put my foot down. No nannies. If I can't raise my own children I shouldn't have them. The staff stared at me like I had turned into a unicorn. I asked if everyone was ok. All they did was smile. I walked to the bathroom and switched places. I closed my eyes and travelled to the depths of my mind and found SIS was watching the iron maiden. If it starts moving a vine popped out of the ground and wrapped itself around the sarcophagus. I looked down to see that the iron maiden had sunk halfway into the sediment. The sight was a delight to the heart. SIS gave me a hug and I warned HER about the nanny situation. SHE rolled up HER sleeve and went to have a word with Henry. I sat down to watch what I was going to do with my new prize. SIS pat me on the head before SHE requested that I try to be more careful as SHE could give us the slip. I waited till SHE Was gone before pulling out the iron maiden. Corra hissed that SHE was going to make me suffer. I reminded HER that SHE is a failure while I have done so many things. SHE wanted details. I chuckled, "I don't think you have the time dearie." SHE retorted, "I have all the time in the world. I was about to open my mouth when I remembered the day SHE tried to dupe SIS to trap me in the iron maiden. I smiled as I sent the sarcophagus back into the lake.
I opened my eyes to see Zelda was staring at me. SHE waved HER hand to say hurry up. I walked out and demanded to know who wanted to hurt my baby. I am capable of raising my child without a nanny. DD was walking by and he fell butt first. I hurried to help him. He asked me to never mention a nanny for as long as I live. I promised to shut up but he has to convince the staff to drop it. He gave them the official serious face and everyone went back to their respective assignments. I went upstairs to help Cheryl with her homework. She asked me how horrible could it be if we have a nanny? I shook my head. She understood that I was speaking from my experience as a police officer. She didn't press any further as she sat down to read about history. A boring but relevant subject. Anyone who ignores history is doomed to repeat it. So let the learning begin.
