"The Qilin made the Second Scar?" Alex asked in surprise. He hadn't expected to learn about one of the other remaining Primordials so very soon.
"Yes. The Second Scar was formed after the Qilin died," the dragon said. "And we believe his death to be not so dissimilar to what happened to the Flood Dragon."
"Oh? So the Second Scar holds this strange aura in the air then?" Alex asked.
"Very much so."
"I wonder why the Qilin and the Flood Dragon decided to die in this place," Alex couldn't help but wonder out loud. "What was so special about this place that they came here?"
No one really had any answers, as any answer that could exist was long since lost to time. But there were some guesses, which the Celestials relayed to Alex.
