Alex considered the dragon's proposal for a short time, wondering if he could do that.
"Has the formation to the Twin Scar realm not been reactivated yet?" he asked.
The dragon shook his head. "We realized that we would likely have to make such a choice early on, so when I let the two Whitehead Celestials return, I asked them to go along with the group to the Land of the Blessed Sun instead. That has left our path back home safe and open."
Alex was quite impressed by how forward-thinking the Celestial had been.
"You must be from the Twin Scar realm too then," Alex said.
"Ah! Forgive me for my late introduction. I am Frostsilk, an ancestor of the Winterborn Dragons, Rulers of the First Scar of the Twin Scar Realm."
Alex blinked in surprise. He hadn't known the dragon was another one of the rulers from the Twin Scar realm. He had mainly assumed him to be just another dragon whom luck had blessed.
