When the Hydra appeared, the atmosphere changed instantly.
Count Dracula hurriedly stepped back a few paces.
The Countess, Susan, similarly retreated.
Dora and the dwarves, on the other hand, remained unresponsive.
Both sides seemed to freeze in a stalemate. Count Dracula stayed vigilant, his eyes widened as he stared at the Hydra. The Hydra, meanwhile, casually placed Jones amidst a group of dwarves, its nine heads coldly fixated on Count Dracula.
Jones, still choking on his sobs, stared at his father.
Dora swiftly ran to Jones's side.
The Countess clasped her hands to her chest in shock.
Count Dracula glared intently at the Hydra and softly said, "Jones, come here."
"No!" Jones shouted.
"I said come here! Do you plan to stay forever with a Hydra?"
Jones didn't respond.
The Hydra taunted, "And what's wrong with staying with a Hydra? Sir, do you have some misunderstanding about Hydras?"
"This has nothing to do with you! This is our family matter!" Count Dracula roared.
