Anvis glanced around and then suddenly waved his hand, summoning a water mirror in front of him.
In the mirror, there was a figure shrouded in a black cloak, its outline hazy and indistinct. But on the left side of the chest, there was a silver-white exquisite brooch pinned.
After making sure there were no changes to himself, Anvis made his way into the castle at an unhurried pace along the path.
Upon entering, an elegant servant in silver-threaded attire silently emerged from the darkness, noting the color of the brooch on his chest, and led him towards the grand banquet hall.
Anvis kept quiet as well, realizing that the servant appearing human was actually devoid of a separate consciousness, but rather the result of some kind of ritual magic.
Soon enough, under the servant's guidance, Anvis entered the castle's grand banquet hall.
