Smaller cities such as Forged Iron City and Black Rock City are situated hundreds of miles away from Silver Gull City in a triangular formation, mutually keeping watch and supporting each other.
Originally, these cities and the surrounding territories were directly governed by the Olivendi Family's main house and did not have independent names.
But now, with Fiona's appointment, this territory has a brand-new name, "Star Domain."
The officials in the cities were still responsible for their original positions, but now they pledged their loyalty to Fiona.
