There are many elders in the Kyushu Alliance. Various great clans from Kyushu and major top forces all have a seat of elders at the headquarters because the Kyushu Alliance originally consisted of the various great clans and top forces in the Great Kyushu Realm.
However, there are only ten true core elders. The five-year term for the position of Alliance Secretary-General can only be emerged from these ten core elders. Ordinary elders are not qualified to run for the position of Secretary-General.
All the elders of the Alliance are First-Level Star Space Warriors of the Twelfth Stage, while the ten core elders have all stepped into the Thirteenth Stage, which is the Second-Level Starry Sky Warrior.
