This is a rough outline. Meaning some of my own notes and stuff might be mixed into the text, just to help get a better idea of the structure of the sect.
Applicants -> Not joined sect yet or have tried to join it in the past, strength varies.
Outer Sect Disciple -> Qi Condensation Realm – Foundation Establishment Realm, most of the disciples are here. Will share a courtyard.
Inner Sect Disciple -> Core Formation Realm. Personal courtyard.
Outer Sect Elder -> Peak Nascent Soul Realm, former Inner sect disciples. Personalized personal courtyard.
Core Disciple -> Nascent Soul Realm below age of 50. Personalized personal courtyard.
Deacon -> Strength Varies, at least an elder or been in sect for 200+ years to become a deacon. In charge of the sects internal matters. Personalized personal courtyard.
Guest Elder -> Strength Varies, strong people taken in from outside the sect. Personalized personal courtyard.
Sect Elder -> Late-Peak Nascent Soul Realm - Domain Lord Realm. build their own courtyard, palace or whatever they desire to stay next to the qi spring lake (Some remain in Nascent Soul Realm and have not reached new requirment of Domain Lord Realm yet.)
Core Elder -> At least Domain Lord Realm. build their own courtyard, palace or whatever they desire to stay next to the qi spring lake. Max 100 people, determined through strength. (c1353) (30 at the moment)
Prime Disciple -> Strongest disciple of the sect, future sect master
Grand Elder -> Domain Lord Realm - Dao Seed Realm. build their own courtyard, palace or whatever they desire to stay in next to the lake. Max 10 people, determined through strength. (c1353) (reshuffle in future with elder tournament due to influx of Soul Ascension Realm elders)
Vice Sect Master -> Strength varies, at least Domain Lord Realm. build their own courtyard, palace or whatever they desire to stay in next to the lake
Sect Master|Head -> Strength varies (Feng Chen needs to work harder...). build their own courtyard, palace or whatever they desire to stay next to the qi spring lake
Ancestor -> Celestial Immortal Realm/Profound Immortal Realm, retired and does not interfere much with the day to day of the sect.
