"Alright, then I'll have a chicken skin skewer." the customer said, tossing his food coupon into the box.
He took the chicken skin skewer and bit into it.
The chicken skin was grilled to a charred brown, both soft and collagen-rich, with a thick and tender bite. The edges were slightly crisp from grilling.
Among the aroma of charcoal, there was a hint of a tangy sweet smell.
"What is this fragrance? It's so refreshing! It's not lemon." the customer remarked.
The previous customer was watching from the side, salivating and wishing he could taste it too.
