Qin Mu's eyes flickered, "Mom, how are Ah Kai and I acting?"
"Still not admitting it?"
Mother Qin widened her eyes, with a look that seemed to say, "You came from my belly, do you think I wouldn't know your little thoughts?"

The phone rang several times before An Lin's voice came on, "Hello!"
"An Lin, our mom has returned to the hospital room and wants to see you. You should come over."
Qin Mu's voice was low and warm, with a hint of the pleasure of having solved a problem.
An Lin responded with an 'okay' on the other end of the line.
