Ah Kai's joke, evidently Mo Xiuchen didn't find it funny.
He just gave him a cold glance, hesitated for a moment, and then instructed, "Don't mention this to Ah Jin."
"Mention what?"
Ah Kai asked, puzzled.
Mo Xiuchen stood up, walked to the window, and pulled back the curtain to look outside, where there was a small garden.
His voice came from the window, "Don't mention to Ah Jin what you just told me."
"Xiuchen, why do I feel that you are guarding against Ah Jin and me like we're rivals in love?"
Ah Kai frowned in discontent. He and Ah Jin are Ranran's brothers, how could this Xiuchen guy be like this.
It's one thing to guard against other men, but he's even guarding against the two of them as brothers.
Hearing this, Mo Xiuchen's fingers holding the cigarette stiffened slightly.
He had originally intended to take a drag, but because of Ah Kai's words, he lost his urge to smoke.
