Shi Su: "Can't we set individual trust codes in the software?"
Wen Ke: "The FBI's anti-tracking system is designed to block all signals from many underground criminal organizations in the United States, with such strength that trust codes cannot be set. As for domestically, it has long been regulated and is not allowed, so even if you get the software and install it on your phone, it will be cleaned out by antivirus software and can't be used; even if installed, it would still be ineffective."
In other words, using the high-tech software provided by Wen Ke on the American side to block those signals tracking her was not the most appropriate method.
So, the only option was to temporarily change the phone card and phone.
The phone card would not be used for now, meaning she couldn't work normally during her time in the imperial capital. She had to refrain from contacting anyone other than the trusted people around her with the new number, to avoid being traced again.
