The room service manager was here, but it was a different one this time, older and seemingly more reliable, with a small toolbox in hand.
As soon as he entered, he started apologizing to Shi Su, bowing and scraping, so sincerely that she couldn't utter a word of complaint or criticism. She could only point towards the bathroom: "I've just used the shampoo, haven't rinsed it off yet, and the floor is slippery. Be careful when you go in."
After the manager went in, it wasn't even a few minutes before he said from inside: "I can fix it, but it'll take some time."

"About an hour or so."

In over an hour, the shampoo on her hair might just naturally dry along with it.
