Lynch's first job was as a salesman. At that time, there were no such things as interviews or training. A small deposit was paid, and from the company, he got an ill-fitting suit, a name badge, a stack of materials, and two samples. Thus, his sales career began.
He worked at this job for over a month without selling a single product. The company refused to refund his deposit, claiming that the samples showed signs of personal use.
Later he realized he might have been scammed. That so-called sales company likely hung up a goat's head to sell dog meat, just to deal with unsellable clothes and some strange products.
Through these experiences, he gradually understood, and eventually discovered a simple relationship: the supply-demand relationship.
Whether selling goods or recruiting, any resource exchange between multiple parties can be seen as a supply-demand relationship and can be considered a market.
