Billions of light-years away from the Chris Civilization, there was a cluster of reddish-brown galaxies. This cluster housed over 3,000 galaxies almost the size of the Milky Way, and this cluster was called the Leo Civilization.
Like the Chris Civilization where the Milky Way was located, the Leo Civilization did not belong to any fourth-level civilization for a simple reason. No nearby galaxy cluster had evolved into a fourth-level civilization, and it was impossible for far-fetched fourth-level civilizations to intervene here.
